We’re happy to help you get started with your new Dexcom ONE+ CGM system. The information below will guide you step by step in using your new Dexcom ONE+ sensor.
Once you’ve reviewed all the information in one step, you can move on to the next one. At the end, you can take the knowledge test to get a certificate.

Compatibility
Dexcom CGM systems only work with the smartphones listed on our website. Please check that your smartphone or its operating system is compatible with the Dexcom apps.
App download
To get started with Dexcom ONE+, download the Dexcom ONE+ app from your phone’s App Store or PlayStore. Alternatively, you can get started with the Dexcom ONE+ receiver. Consult your healthcare professional if you would like to request it.

Share & Follow
Dexcom Share is a feature of the Dexcom ONE+ app that allows someone (the sharer) to send glucose information remotely to others (followers). You can invite up to 10 followers. The Dexcom Follow app* is a separate app and is part of Dexcom Share.
In the Dexcom ONE+ app, tap Connections > Share to set up Share. The app guides you through the process of inviting a new follower. The follower receives an e-mail invitation containing the link to download the Dexcom Follow app and to accept the invitation.
You choose what to share: just the current glucose value, the trend graph or even your alerts.
*Separate Follow app and internet connection required. Users should always confirm readings on the Dexcom ONE+ app or receiver before making treatment decisions.
What is Dexcom Clarity?
The Dexcom CLARITY app shows you glucose patterns, trends and statistics. You can even get weekly notifications with the Dexcom CLARITY app. You can share this data with your healthcare provider to track changes remotely.†
Visit the Clarity website (www.clarity.dexcom.eu) or download the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play store for quick access on your smartphone. To log in, use the same username and password information as for the Dexcom ONE+ app.
† An internet connection is required for users to send their glucose data to Dexcom Clarity via a compatible smart device: dexcom.com/compatibility.
Dexcom Clarity
Easily share your glucose data with your healthcare provider via Dexcom Clarity. Are you using the Dexcom ONE+ app? If so, your glucose data is automatically uploaded to Dexcom Clarity.‡ View the pdfs below for an overview on how to pair with your healthcare provider.

Glooko
Did you know that you can link your Dexcom account to your glooko® account? Glooko is a glucose management software for insulin pumps and sensors that can be used alongside Dexcom Clarity to view and analyze glucose data. View the pdf to see how to connect Dexcom and glooko®.

Dexcom ONE+ knowledge test
The test consists of 8 multiple choice questions. Click the box with the correct answer and proceed to the next question. Upon successful completion of this test, you will receive a certificate in the mail. You can share the certificate with your healthcare provider as confirmation that you have completed the training.
